Crystal Lubricants Chassis grease – Li-Moly-Graphite NLGI ll is a high performance multi-purpose grease intended for a large variety of applications. It is an advanced formulation using Lithium thickener combined with mineral base oils and advanced performance additives. It is formulated with a ratio of solid additives; Molybdenum and Graphite to enhance its shock loading properties. For use on bearing, fifth wheels, CV, journals, universal joints, rubbing plates and general use where a NLGI ll-MoS2 is required. Product has operating temperature range of -25°C to 130°C
Crystal Lubricants MPWR lll-Graphite grease, Calcium soap base grease, with Lithium components to raise the drop point but maintain easier pump-ability. Ideal water wash-out properties, best suited for rubbing plates and fifth wheels where high shear and wash out conditions are experienced. Product should not be used in applications with temperatures higher than 70 ºC.
Crystal Lubricants GPWR lll-Graphite grease, Calcium soap base grease. Ideal water wash-out properties, best suited for rubbing plates and fifth wheels where high shear and washout conditions are experienced. Excellent adherence properties, GPWR lll-Graphite has additive components that allow the grease to cling to surfaces. Product should not be used in applications with temperatures higher than 60 ºC.
Crystal Lubricants MPWR ll- Calcium soap base grease, with Lithium components to raise the drop point but maintain easier pump-ability. Ideal water wash-out properties. Product can be used on plain bearings, sleeves, cement mill journals, open gears and feeder bearings. Product should not be used in applications with temperatures higher than 70 ºC. Product is not suitable for wheel bearings where high heat and closed applications of high velocity is experienced.
